2. 2023 Owasso Lawn & Garden Spring Fling

   Food Truck Vendor Application

   Application does not guarantee acceptance into the event. The Owasso Lawn & Garden Spring Fling reserves the right to limit the number of applicants for any one type of items and reserves the right to change or substitute spaces. Acceptance of your application does not constitute exclusivity, although we will make every effort not to have duplicate food items from various vendors. 

   When: Saturday, April 22, 2023 from 1pm-4pm. Vendors must be open for business 1pm-4pm, no exceptions. (Food Vendors must arrive no later than 11:30am and be fully set up, no later than 12:00 pm)

   Where: Redbud Festival Park - 109 N. Main Street, Owasso OK 74055 

   Food Truck Space:  Food Vendor space is limited. Spots will be filled on a first come first served basis 

   *Electricity is limited, and will be provided on a first come first serve basis. 

   *Water will NOT be provided.

   Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean and cleaning their space after the event. Food vendors must dispose of trash in poly carts. The City of Owasso is not liable for any damages. 

   Cost: NO fee 

   Application must be post marked by Friday, April 14, 2023.

   Confirmations will be emailed. Vendor line-up will be based on first to arrive on the day of the event.

   *All vendors MUST submit with application the following:

   • A copy of their sales tax permit 
   • City of Owasso Mobile Food Vendor Permit 
   • A copy of their Health Department certificate 

   (Vendors must comply with Tulsa County Health Department regulations)

   • A copy of their Liability Insurance Certificate 
   • A picture of the Food Truck that will be used at the event
   • Exact Dimensions of the food truck (no vehicles attached to food trucks will be allowed)
