   Booth Vendor Application

    Application does not guarantee acceptance into the event.  The Lawn & Garden Spring Fling reserves the right to limit the number of applicants for any one type of business and reserves the right to change or substitute spaces. Acceptance of your application does not constitute exclusivity.

    When: Saturday, April 22, 2023 from 1pm-4pm. Vendors need to be open for business 1pm-4pm, no exceptions. 

   Booth setup can be anytime between 10:30am-12pm. Vehicles may pull up to the front of park to unload but unloading area will be extremely limited; therefore, vehicle MUST be IMMEDIATELY moved to the designated parking lot. All vehicles MUST be off the park site by 10am. 

   Where:  Redbud Festival Park -109 N. Main Street, Owasso Ok 74055

   Booth Space: 10’ x 10’ assigned space; booths must conform to these size restrictions on all sides and not infringe on walkways or neighboring booths. If you need more space, reserve two booths. Vendor must furnish their own table, chairs, partitions and tent. (If assigned space is located under the pavilion, NO tent will be allowed.) There will be NO water or electricity provided.  

   Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean and cleaning their space after the event. Booth vendors must dispose of trash in poly carts. The City of Owasso is not liable for any damages.  

   Vendors will be contacted the week prior to the event with booth assignment, a location map & parking option.  

   Cost: NO fee

    Confirmations will be emailed.   

   IMPORTANT INFORMATION:  

   • Event will happen Rain or Shine 
   • If selling items, vendors must submit a copy of their sales tax permit with the application.
