City hall is located at 200 S. Main St.

Directions: Exit Highway 169 at the 76th ST exit; turn West on 76th ST & follow to Main St. City Hall is located on the Southwest corner of 76th and Main. Visitor parking is available on the West side of the building.

City Hall is open Monday - Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 5:30  p.m. and Friday 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., except on designated holidays.

Very few retail establishments are in the Rogers County area of the Owasso city limits. That area is east of N 145 E Ave, with a total sales tax of 9.383%
