What do I need to get my services started with the City of Owasso?

We require a completed and signed contract for service, 2 forms of ID, and proof of ownership or valid lease agreement. A $75 deposit for residential customers that own their home and a $125 deposit for residents renting. For commercial customers, a $125 deposit is required. There is a non-refundable service initiation fee of $10 for all new or transferred service.
