[ARCHIVED] East 86th North Paving Rehabilitaiton Project

ATTENTION:

The City of Owasso, in conjunction with the Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT), is announcing the start of the East 86th Street North Paving Rehabilitation Project starting April 18, 2022. The project will include the pavement repairs, street apron repairs, driveway apron repairs, curb and gutter repairs and finally a mill and overlay of East 86th Street North. New pavement markings will be included at the end of the project. Repairs are scheduled from April to the end of May 2022. Milling (removing the top 2” of existing asphalt) and overlaying (replacing with 2” of new asphalt) is scheduled to begin in late May and will continue into June 2022.

No streets are planned to be closed but traffic speeds will be reduced and enforced. Driveways that are scheduled for replacement will be replaced one half at a time to keep businesses, schools, churches and neighborhoods accessible. Detours will be marked and encouraged. Thank you for your patience. Please see map for reference.
