Effective March 18, 2020, the City of Owasso has temporarily suspended shut-off orders for nonpayment of utilities. The City will re-evaluate this suspension in 30 days. However, utility customers should continue to pay their bills, as customers will be responsible for any fees accrued for late/non-payment during this moratorium. Payments for utilities can be made online, by postal delivery, or placed in the Payment Drop Box at City Hall. Please continue to monitor the city’s website and this page for updates.
