Effective March 18, 2020, the City of Owasso temporarily suspended shut-off orders for nonpayment of utilities for 30 days. This has been extended until the end of May, when it will again be evaluated for possible extension. Utility customers should continue to pay their bills, as customers will be responsible for any fees accrued for late/non-payment during this moratorium. Payments for utilities can be made on-line, by postal delivery, or placed in the Payment Drop Box at City Hall. Please continue to monitor the city’s website and social media pages for updates.
Under the direction of the City of Owasso Municipal Judge, all City of Owasso court dockets scheduled for March 2020 and April 2020 have been postponed. To learn more, contact the Owasso Court Clerk either by phone at 918-376-1550 or 918-376-1553 or by email at email@example.com.
