Room Reservations

The Community Center has several rooms available for reservation. Each room offers unique amenities to suit various needs. 


Reservation Information: 
Reservations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance
Reservations may be made between the hours of 8 AM and 9 PM 

  • One -Time rental reservations may be made no more than 3 months in advance. 
  • Recurring rental agreements may be made up to 6 months in advance scheduling.
  • Administrative fee(s) and hourly rental fee(s) are required to reserve a room for your event. The administrative fee is refunded following your event. 
  • Set-up time will be included in your reservation request.

 Eagles Room Details:
($50 Administrative Fee) + User Fee of $20/ hour 

  • Dimensions 16' x 25' / 400 sq ft 
  • Room Capacity of 20 - 30 people 
  • Luxury Vinyl Tile Flooring (Wood Look) 
  • Counter Space 
  • One Sink 
  • Microwave 
  • Eight-foot tables and dining chairs available 
  • Bring your own dishes, tableware, cups, tablecloths, coffee pot, etc. 
  • 43" Smart T.V. 

Timmy & Cindy Room Details:
($50 Administrative Fee) + User Fee of $25/ hour

  • Dimensions 25' x 35' / 875 sq ft
  • Room Capacity of 40-50 people 
  • Ceramic tiled floor 
  • Counter space at both ends of the room 
  • Two sinks 
  • Microwave
  • T.V. and DVD player
  • Eight-foot tables and folding chairs are available 
  • Bring your own dishes, tableware, cups, tablecloths, coffee pot, etc. 

Rams Room Details:
($100 Administrative Fee) + User Fee of $45/ hour

  • Dimensions 51' x 45' / 2,295 sq ft 
  • Room Capacity 120 people with tables and chairs set up in a dining format or 225 people if set up in a meeting-style format with chairs only 
  • Luxury Vinyl Tile flooring (wood look)
  • Upright Piano 
  • A recessed electrically controlled projection screen for presentations  
  • Remotely controlled audio/visual set-up 
  • Eight-foot tables and folding chairs available 
  • Bring your own dishes, tableware, cups, tablecloths, coffee pot, etc. 

Rams Room Plus Kitchen Details:
($200 Administrative Fee) + User Fee of $90/ hour

  • Dimensions 51' x 55'
  • Room Capacity of up to 120 people with tables and chairs set up in a dining format or 225 people if set up in a meeting-style format with chairs only.  
  • Luxury Vinyl Tile Flooring (Wood Look) 
  • Upright Piano 
  • A recessed electrically controlled projection screen for presentations 
  • Remotely controlled audio/visual set-up 
  • Eight-foot tables and folding chairs available 
  • Bring your own dishes, tableware, cups, tablecloths, coffee pot, etc. 
  • Kitchen access includes ceramic tiled floor, garbage disposal, sink, two serving windows, ice machine, freezer, refrigerator, food warmer, stove, and microwave.
