Ward 3 and Ward 4 Council Election

(Lyndell Dunn did not draw an opponent. Bill Bush was re-elected)

Owasso City Council Election – February 14, 2017

Owasso City Council Wards 3 and 4 are up for election. Residents must be registered and live in the city limits of Owasso to vote in this election. However, it is not necessary to live in the council ward. Owasso’s councilors are elected at large, which means all residents may vote, regardless of the ward in which they live.

Three candidates filed in the Ward 3 election, incumbent Councilor Bill Bush, Randy Cowling, and Justin Prince. Owasso’s City Councilors serve for a term of 3 years.

The Ward 4 filing resulted in only one candidate, Lyndell Dunn, who currently serves as Owasso’s Mayor. As a result, Mr. Dunn will continue to serve on the City Council for another 3 years.
