To Avoid Service Disconnection

Utility accounts not paid by the due date will become delinquent and will incur a 10% late charge.  Service will be disconnected 5 days after accounts become delinquent. Delinquent accounts will also incur a $50 default fee, require an additional $25 deposit, and the account to be paid in full prior to reinstatement of service.  No payment arrangements may be made.  All payments must be made to the City of Owasso only and not a third party.

Our 48 hr. notices have been replaced by an automated outbound call system.  If you would like to receive these notifications, it is your responsibility to make sure the city is provided with current information.  This is a courtesy call and we are not responsible if you do not receive this call.

After Hours Reconnects

To reconnect service after 5 pm Monday - Thursday call 918-272-2244. On Friday our office closes at 11:30 am.  You will need to enter your phone number for the City of Owasso Service Representative to contact you prior to being dispatched. The Service Representative will not be dispatched unless money order for the full amount due including fees can be paid subsequent to service being re-established.  After 3 pm each business day, we will require a $100 reconnect fee.

It is unlawful to tamper with the City of Owasso’s water meter or any related pipes and equipment. You may be subject to criminal or civil action or both should tampering occur.  Tampering fee is $100 for each occurrence.  Meter lock/pull fee is $100 for each occurrence.
