The City of Owasso Refuse Division is transitioning to a fully automated refuse collection system. The reason for this transition is to improve efficiency, reduce injuries and assist in cost control of the refuse collection service.
The City of Owasso will begin collecting yard waste again Monday, April 3, 2023 and service will continue this year until December 29, 2023. Get more information about the Yard Waste Collection Program (PDF).
For new customers only: to start the service, please complete the Yard Waste Order Form (PDF) and deliver to the Utility Billing Department. DO NOT FILL OUT IF YOU ALREADY PAY THROUGH THE CITY OF OWASSO. THIS FORM IS FOR RWD #3 CUSTOMERS ONLY THAT HAVE OUR TRASH SERVICES.
