Where do the Funds Go?
Grants can fund a range of beautification projects by supplementing the neighborhood investments including cash resources from the neighborhood group, or volunteer labor, or donations in the form of materials and/or services. Projects should give neighborhood-based organizations an incentive to raise funds, build partnerships with businesses, and cultivate the spirit of volunteerism and community support needed to complete a project.
- Grants are not allowed for deferred maintenance
- Grants must provide a neighborhood wide benefit and be utilized for projects on common property
- Grants will only be awarded to neighborhood-based organizations within city limits
