Water Rate Increase Effective October 1, 2009
City of Owasso received notice from the City of Tulsa that effective October 1, 2009, water rates would be increased. This increase was unexpected. In order to offset the rate increase from Tulsa, a water rate adjustment was approved by the Owasso Public Works Authority on August 18, 2009. New water rates will be relfected on all City of Owasso Utility bills beginning October 1, 2009.
