The City of Owasso's automatic payment withdrawal program is a free service through which your utility payment is automatically withdrawn from your checking account.
Download and print out the form, fill out completely and mail it to:

Contact our office no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled cut off date. Call (918) 376-1520 or (918) 376-1521 between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. If payment is not made by 5:00 PM one business day prior to cut off, a $25.00 default fee will be
charged. You may use Visa or MasterCard to clear the balance due on your account. Call (918) 643-9068, you will need to enter your contact number for the City of Owasso Service Representative to call prior to being dispatched. The Service Representative will not be dispatched unless payment in full plus a $25.00 default fee (money order only) can be paid to the Service Representative subsequent to service being re-established .
