The City of Owasso's automatic payment withdrawal program is a free service through which your utility payment is automatically withdrawn from your checking account.  Download and print out the form, fill out completely and mail it to: City of Owasso Utility Billing P.O. Box 180, Owasso, OK 74055

**To Avoid a 10% late fee; payments must be received by the due date.


To Avoid Service Disconnection:

Contact our office no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled cut off date. Call 918-376-1500 between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM to schedule a payment agreement. All payment agreements must be set prior to 4:00 PM the day before scheduled cut off.

If payment is not made by 5:00 PM one business day prior to cut off, a $50.00 default fee and an additional deposit of $25.00 along with the full balance due will be required to be paid before service can be restored.

For After Hours Reconnects:

Call 918-643-9068, you will need to enter your phone number for the City of Owasso Service Representative to contact you prior to being dispatched. The Service Representative will not be dispatched unless money order for the full amount due including fees can be paid subsequent to service being re-established.

It is unlawful to tamper with the City of Owasso ’s water meter or any related pipes and equipment. You may be subject to criminal or civil action or both should tampering occur.
