Water System Improvements

The last phase of improvements includes the construction of a new water transmission and distribution system to connect the Bailey Ranch elevated water storage tank to the City of Tulsa Master meter. Detailed work is as follows:

Transmission line (30-inch) between E. 106th Street North and N. Sheridan Drive and the new Bailey Ranch elevated storage tank;
Transmission line (24-inch) between the storage tank and E. 99th Street North and N. Garnett Road;
A booster pump station to be located in the base of the Bailey Ranch storage tank;
A master meter vault at E. 106th Street North and N. Sheridan Drive and necessary interconnections to the existing service system.

Construction began in February 2006 and will be completed by June 2007.
