Downtown Beautification Project

The Owasso Public Works Department will temporarily close sections of Main Street in Three (3) day increments for the purpose of the Main Street Beautification Project. The thru traffic, North bound & South bound, on Main at Broadway will be closed for three days to allow the crosswalks to be installed. Broadway street traffic will be permitted to cross Main. The public will have access to all four (4) sides of the intersection and access to all businesses along Main will be easily obtainable. The first closure at Main & Broadway is scheduled for August 7th – 9th  (Thurs-Sat). The same action and process will take place at West 1st Ave. and Main the following week, Aug 11th  - 13th  (Mon-Wed). Please note that this schedule could be pushed back a week or two depending on unforeseen delays or inclement weather.
