Drug Uses
Singulair is used for prevention and long–term treatment of asthma. It is also used to relieve allergy symptoms. It can also can be be used for other conditions as prescribed by your doctor.
How Taken
Take Singulair as determined by your doctor. Use Singulair with or without a meal. Continue to take Singulair even if you feel well.
More Information
Singulair can cause drowsiness or dizziness. These effects can worsen if Singulair is taken with alcohol or certain other medications. Use Singulair with caution. Do not drive or perform other possibly unsafe tasks until you know how you react to this medication. If your symptoms don't improve or if they worsen, ask your doctor. This product should be used only by the patient for whom it has been prescribed. Don't take less or more or take it more often than advised by your physician.
