Drug Uses
Clomid is used for healing of female infertility and other conditions as prescribed by your physician.
How Taken
Clomid may be taken with or without a meal. Ask your doctor about the dosage suitable for you. Properly timed sexual intercourse is important for good results. Ovulation usually occurs 5 to 10 days after a dose of Clomid. If pregnancy has not been successful after three courses of healing, further treatment is not recommended.
Additional Information
Clomid may cause dizziness, lightheadedness, or vision disturbances, including blurring, spots, and flashes. Don't drive, operate machinery, or do anything else that could be dangerous until you know how you react to Clomid. Taking Clomid alone, with certain other pills, or with alcohol may lessen your ability to drive or perform other potentially dangerous tasks. Pregnancy with more than 1 fetus (e.g., twins) is possible while you are taking Clomid. Be sure you have discussed the potential complications and hazards of multiple pregnancy. Do not share this drug with others for whom it was not advised. Do not use this medicine for other health conditions. If your symptoms do not improve or if they worsen, consult with your doctor.
