Shelter Fees: All Shelter fees are $25.00 for first 2 hours and $10.00 for each additional hour.
Regulations Concerning Park Usage:
- Specific rules and regulations posted in park areas.
- City Ordinances in relation to park activities.
- All trash must be cleaned up by users.
- Users responsible for supervision of facility and user group.
- User responsible for damages (facilities inspected.)
- The User Permit is your authorization to use facility. Bring it with
you.
- No vehicles are allowed on grass or walking trails.
- No beer or alcoholic beverages allowed.
- Payments received for park reservations are non-refundable, but will
reschedule.
- You may bring and utilize a propane grill if it is not a RED ALERT DAY for fire danger. No Charcoal grills are allowed.
- User permit has priority of occupancy. If someone is occupying the shelter during your reservation time, please call the Owasso Police Dept. Non-Emergency number 918-272-2244 for assistance.
Payment Options:
- In person at the City's Utility Department located at City Hall (111 N. Main)
- By phone, call Utility Billing Department at 918-376-1521
- By mail, make check payable to City of Owasso and mail to P O Box 180, Owasso, OK 74055 (note in memo section of check - Shelter reservation Fee)
A User Permit will be mailed, emailed or faxed to you upon receipt of payment.
