Jerry Fowler
Jerry has been with the City of Owasso since December of 2008. He became the Neighborhood Coordinator of the Strong Neighborhood Initiative April of 2009. He is supported in his endeavors with the City by his lovely wife Robin and two children Stephanie and Jared. When asked what he enjoys most about his work at the City he states, “ I am honored to be in a position that serves the residents and neighborhoods in our community through the Strong Neighborhood Initiative. I enjoy meeting people and seeing the pride they have for their neighborhood; then having the opportunity to partner with them to address concerns and find solutions to make a positive impact in their neighborhood and our community. Also, I am grateful to be part of the City team; a team that every day strives as public servants to remove obstacles standing in the way of people celebrating their lives." Thanks Jerry, we appreciate all that you do!

Terry Ridgway Terry has been with the City of Owasso's Public Works Department since July of 2002. He is supported in his endeavors with the City by his lovely wife Tammy and two children Tyler and Tony. When asked what he enjoys most about his work at the City he states, “I enjoy leaving a mark; making an area better than I found it. I also enjoy being a public servant." Melony Hill
Melony has been with the City of Owasso's Utility Billing Department since February of 2000. She is supported in her endeavors with the City by her loving husband Chuck. When asked what she enjoyed most about her work at the City she states, “I enjoy the people I work with and the customers that I've gotten to know over the years." Thanks Melony, we appreciate all that you do!
1st Quarter 2011 Lucas Shearer Lucas has been with Owasso Fire Department since January of 2007. He is supported in his endeavors with the City by his lovely wife Emily and children Garren and Emma. When asked what he enjoyed about his work at the City he states, “I love serving the people of Owasso as a firefighter and a paramedic. It is a very rewarding job in itself. What really makes this job outstanding for me is the willingness of my supervisors to listen and support new ideas that can make this community better for its citizens. This not only makes me feel that I work for a great department but that I have invested part of myself in the City of Owasso’s future. I believe that the people of Owasso will benefit the most from this type of work environment and I am proud to be part of it. Thanks Lucas, we appreciate all that you do!
