The mission of the Department of Finance shall be to provide accurate and reliable information to the City Council, the City Manager, and the citizens of Owasso and to assure compliance with financial policies and regulations.

The Finance Department serves the City of Owasso, a thriving and growing community that strives to preserve a small-town atmosphere. The City of Owasso has continuously received unqualified audits, and is in good fiscal health.

The Finance Department consists of a twelve member team which includes Director of Finance, Assistant Director of Finance, Accountant, three Accounting Clerks, four Utility Billing Clerks, a Court Clerk, a Deputy Court Clerk, and an Administrative Assistant.
