Final Plat - Lake Valley IV A request to review and approve a final plat proposing one hundred and fourteen (114) residential single-family lots on approximately 23.1116 acres of property, located to the north of East 106th Street North and East of North 145th East Avenue, immediately east of Lake Valley II and immediately north of Lake Valley III.

 

  1. Final Plat – El Rio Vista Amended A request to review and approve the El Rio Vista Amended Final Plat (an amendment to the existing El Rio Vista Final Plat), on property located at the northwest corner of East 96th Street North and North Garnett Road.
