Office of the City Clerk

The Office of the City Clerk is responsible
for maintaining all city records, including City Council agendas, minutes, ordinances, and resolutions, as well as agreements and contracts.

As a result of these duties, the Office of the City Clerk is responsiblefor handling Open Records Requests. In addition to this, the City Clerk handles the licensing of Solicitors, Mobile Food Vendors, and businesses engaged in the sale or seving
of alcohol and/or 3.2 beer.
