    Citizen Online Survey
    The City is responsible for providing and maintaining a wide variety of core services to its citizens. Residents are requested to click here to participate in a survey to rank services by what you believe are Owasso’s highest priorities. The survey has been extended to July 31, 2014.
  3. Mural on the north side of the Owasso Historical Museum

    Mural Dedication

    On July 3rd at the Gathering On Main the City will be holding a ceremony to dedicate the mural painted on the north wall of the Historical Museum. The mural was made possible through a donation from the Owasso Historical Society and painted by Artist John Short from Missouri. The dedication will take place at 6:30 PM, at the event's small stage.
