State of the City AddressCity Manager Warren Lehr will present the annual State of the City, Friday, September 16, 2016, 11:30am - 1:00pm, at the Owasso Chamber luncheon. The event will take place at Tulsa Tech's Owasso Campus. For reservations, contact the Owasso Chamber at 918-272-2141.
City Hall New Location
City Hall offices have moved to 200 S Main St., at the corner of 76th and Main. The utility payment drop box is located in the west parking lot. The offices at this location are:
